We're really misusing navbox here, and the 112% hack doesn't work (112%*88%=98.6%). Rewrite to not use navbox, so we don't have to hack around it. Add parameters from {{Collapse top}} and sample text in <noinclude> tags. Should be no cosmetic changes.
